60-minute Yin inspired class using props to support you in passively held shapes that release tension stored in the body.
Sundays, 5:30–6:30 PM

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you soften, listen, and reconnect with your body and breath. In this class, we hold seated and reclined postures for several minutes at a time, allowing the deeper layers of the body, fascia, and connective tissue to gently open.
