Storytelling Through Song is a community music and storytelling circle led by Jasmine, built around the songs that mean something to us. It’s a space to share music, tell the stories connected to it, and experience what happens when we listen to each other a little more closely.

During the hour, you might share a song and talk about what it means to you, sing, play an instrument, dance, or simply listen. This is not karaoke and there is no expectation to perform. The focus is on the connection between music, memory, emotion, and our own stories.

You do not have to be a singer or consider yourself musical. There is no right way to participate. Come as you are, bring a song that means something to you, and see where the music takes us.

When: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 6:30 PM
What to bring: A meaningful song, if you’d like to share one. Instruments are welcome but never required.
