Why Does Everything Feel So Damn Hard?

Burnout. ADHD and neurodivergence. Hormones. Overwhelm. Masking. Sensory overload. Relationships. Work. Aging. Boundaries. The invisible stuff we're carrying.

Sometimes it feels like everything is harder than it should be—and the way we've always done life just isn't working anymore.

So let's talk about it.

Why Does Everything Feel So Damn Hard? is the first in a new series of community conversations exploring the messy overlap between our brains, bodies, relationships, responsibilities, identities, and the systems we're trying to function inside.

We'll spend 90 minutes looking at what may actually be draining your capacity, learning practical ways to better support yourself, and connecting with other people asking some of the same questions.

Expect real conversation, useful tools, a little nervous-system support, and space to connect without having to perform, fix anyone, or pretend like you've got it all together.

You don't need to be in perimenopause. You don't need an ADHD diagnosis. You don't need to have attended The M Factor 2 screening. You don't even need to know exactly why you're overwhelmed.

You can just know that something feels harder than it should.
