A sound bath is an invitation to slow down, unplug, and rest. Through gentle layers of sound, the mind quiets and the body is given space to release tension and settle into a calmer state.

People often attend sound baths to relax their nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with a sense of presence. There’s nothing to do and nothing to fix - just listen, breathe, and allow yourself to rest.

Hope Chovan is a holistic practitioner and sound bath facilitator with a background in clinical hypnotherapy, offering experiences that support relaxation and self-awareness.
