Our voices hold more healing power than we realize. Through toning, humming, and chanting, we unlock powerful vibrations that ripple through our body... restoring balance, releasing emotions, and uplifting our spirits.

In this “Voice Yoga” class we play & practice simple sound techniques. We have fun and we all leave feeling more connected to our unique voice, our essence and to each other.

If you’re thinking I can’t sing or carry a tune… It’s not about having a "good voice" or being in tune, it’s about getting IN TUNE with yourself and your own UNIQUE sound. PLUS! There’s a soothing sound experience at the end!

2nd & 4th Tuesdays each month | 6-7:30p | $15pp

We will have mats on the floor to sit on, but if you prefer to sit in a chair, we are happy to make that happen for you!

Embodied Breath Stretch

Embodied Breath Stretch is a calming, restorative class focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and creating space in both the body and mind. Through long-held stretches, gentle movement, and breath-led guidance, this class helps downshift the nervous system and unwind areas of chronic tightness.

The emphasis is on slowing down, listening inward, and allowing your body to soften without force. Stretches are accessible and adaptable, with options offered so you can honor where your body is on any given day.

While each class may have a different focus or theme, the intention remains the same: to leave feeling more open, relaxed, and grounded — carrying that sense of ease with you beyond the mat.

Private Sound Bed Session

A private, one-on-one sound experience curated just for you.

When you arrive, we’ll take a few minutes to check in and select the tones, instruments, and overall vibe based on how you’re feeling that day. The sound bed itself lasts 9–13 minutes — a sweet spot that allows the nervous system to settle without overstimulation.

The Opus Sound Bed uses low-frequency vibrations and layered sound to gently engage the body’s relaxation response. Many people describe a sense of deep calm, spaciousness, or subtle energetic release as the vibrations move through the body, helping to quiet mental noise and soften physical tension.

After the sound, you’ll be invited to rest and integrate, followed by a cup of tea before you head back into your day.

This is a gentle, grounding experience designed for deep relaxation, recalibration, and a brief but meaningful pause from the outside world.

Galentine's Night: An Enchanted Evening with Venus

Join us for an evening devoted to self-love, pleasure, and power.

On Friday the 13th, we’re gathering in Venus energy for a dark feminine Galentine’s celebration; part ritual, part creative playground, part community hang. Come solo or with friends. Come dressed dark, pink, powerful, or however you feel most like yourself.

This is a donation-based event. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

In this workshop, we’ll explore consistency from a body-based perspective. Instead of relying on motivation or willpower, you’ll learn how nervous system safety, body awareness, and supportive structure create follow-through that feels natural rather than forced.

Through guided reflection, simple grounding practices, and practical planning tools, you’ll begin to recognize where you are right now - how your body responds to pressure, change, and routine - and what next steps will genuinely support you moving forward.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and simple tools to build consistency in a way that feels supportive instead of overwhelming.

This workshop is gentle, interactive, and designed to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more at home in your process.

Donation Based Reflexology

Join us for a relaxing, donation-based offering of Reflexology with Reiki Master and Reflexology student, Kendall. These gentle, supportive sessions are designed to help you unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s natural healing wisdom.

Kendall is currently completing her Reflexology certification and is offering these sessions as part of her training. Reflexology works with specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body, encouraging relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being. 

All sessions are donation-based, making this a beautiful opportunity to receive care while supporting Kendall’s continued learning and growth.

 You should talk with your doctor first if you have any of the following health issues:

  • circulatory problems in the feet

  • blood clots or inflammation of your leg veins

  • foot ulcers

  • gout

  • fungal infections, like athlete’s foot

  • open wounds on your hands or feet

  • a low platelet count or other blood problems, which can make you bruise and bleed more easily

Inner Waves: A Guided Soundbath with Hope Chovan

A sound bath is an invitation to slow down, unplug, and rest. Through gentle layers of sound, the mind quiets and the body is given space to release tension and settle into a calmer state.

People often attend sound baths to relax their nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with a sense of presence. There’s nothing to do and nothing to fix — just listen, breathe, and allow yourself to rest.

Hope Chovan is a holistic practitioner and sound bath facilitator with a background in clinical hypnotherapy, offering experiences that support relaxation and self-awareness.
