The Pause: Meditation Practice with Sue Webb

A guided meditation class designed to be accessible to everyone — whether you're brand new to meditation or returning to your practice.

Each session opens with a grounding meditation to help you arrive and settle. From there, we explore a simple, practical meditation skill together before moving into a longer guided meditation to put that new skill into practice. There's space throughout the class to ask questions and connect with your experience.

We close with a crystal bowl sound bath— a deeply restorative way to let the practice land before you return to your day.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
