The Soma Lab with Katt Townsend

Inspired by Polyvagal Theory and somatic forms of movement such as yoga and qi-gong, this 30-minute class combines education and spirituality to feel, attune and express emotion with movement.

Emotions like anger, sadness, fear, shame, rejection, betrayal and abandonment are met with curiosity, tenderness and permission to move the emotional energy from the inside out.

People often leave telling me they feel more connected to their bodies, clear in their minds and peace in their hearts. This is a great class for anyone wanting to learn somatics for emotional healing.
