As helpers and caregivers, we spend our days holding space for others. We help people heal and grow. Yet many of us rarely have the opportunity to pause and care for our own nervous systems.
Because of that, we would love to offer a special event, just for the helpers of the world: mental health professionals, medical professionals, veterinarians, caregivers, parents, teachers, etc.!
An Evening of Relaxation & Renewal for Helpers
Hosted by Lindsay Benson, LPC, Pam Nelson, LPC, TIYT, Katt Townsend, LCSW
This gentle, embodied workshop will include:
• Trauma-informed yoga
• Breathwork
• Guided meditation
• Somatic release and soothing practices
• Nervous system regulation tools
•Ecstatic Movement
Our goal is simple: to create a space where people can step out of their role as caregivers and spend two hours reconnecting with themselves.
Think of it as a retreat within an afternoon.
While this experience offers a small preview of the work we do at The Sacred Art of Self Preservation Retreat, it is also a complete and valuable experience in its own right. Participants will leave with practical tools, meaningful insights, and a greater sense of calm, connection, and renewal.
The investment is $50.
