Embodied Breath Stretch

Embodied Breath Stretch is a calming, restorative class focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and creating space in both the body and mind. Through long-held stretches, gentle movement, and breath-led guidance, this class helps downshift the nervous system and unwind areas of chronic tightness.

The emphasis is on slowing down, listening inward, and allowing your body to soften without force. Stretches are accessible and adaptable, with options offered so you can honor where your body is on any given day.
