Focus and Calm is a class designed to help you change that.

Build mindfulness skills with guided meditation practice to quiet mental noise, reduce reactivity, and regulate your nervous system — so you can think more clearly, sleep better, and actually be present in your own life.

Each class closes with a sound bath to help your nervous system integrate everything you’ve practiced.

This is not about emptying your mind. It’s about learning to work with it.
