
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you soften, listen, and reconnect with your body and breath. In this class, we hold seated and reclined postures for several minutes at a time, allowing the deeper layers of the body, fascia, and connective tissue to gently open without force.
Rather than striving or pushing, you are invited to release effort and meet each sensation with curiosity and compassion. Through stillness, supportive props, and mindful breathing, the nervous system is encouraged to settle and restore balance.
This practice becomes a moving meditation, offering space for reflection, resilience, and deep rest. Come as you are, and leave feeling more spacious, centered, and grounded.
